How to change NAVBAR colour

How to change NAVBAR colour.

This is the NAVBAR.The one the pointer is pointing at.

From BLUE.

To SILVER.

Lets START.

Firstly you go to Design -> Page Elements -> On the pointer Navbar click EDIT. 

Then you can choose the matching colour which suits your BLOG!

and click SAVE and SAVE again.

If the pictures are too small click on the image it will enlarge.
